EFNRA’s Planning Experience
EFNRA has been involved in preparation of regional plans, development plans and master plans such as the Chandigarh interstate plan 2021, local area plans for Delhi and local area plans for integration of villages in Chandigarh. The tasks included updating of land use maps, planning of water supply and sewerage systems, estimation of land use and bulk services requirements for the various activities for the targeted population, planning of land use allocation at sector level, location and services of major activity centers like public and semi-public areas, industrial areas, commercial and shopping centers, medical facilities, way side amenities e.g. recreation areas, tourist complexes, amenities for travelers along highways, toll plazas and bus terminals etc.

EFNRA’s Design Experience
EFNRA has extensive experience in planning and design of Institutional buildings especially in hospitals, medical and nursing colleges, residential, commercial and Industrial sectors both at micro and macro level.   It has experience in design of small to large building projects. Orissa primary and high schools project for The Prime Ministers National relief fund, Orissa cyclone shelters project for The Prime Ministers National relief fund, reconstruction of the GK general hospital at Bhuj, Flatted factory complex at M.P. road 40, space planning and movement patterns of different modes of traffic, traditional housing at Turkman gate for DDA etc.

EFNRA’s Engineering and Project Management Experience
EFNRA has over the years gained considerable experience in steel structures including pre-fab systems to facilitate fast and economical construction. EFNRA has particularly specialized in disaster prone areas like Orissa with high cyclonic winds and floods and Gujarat and Delhi which are in seismic zone V. This can be seen in schools projects executed in Orissa where over 1200 primary and high schools were constructed after the super cyclone of 1999 in the state.  The District hospital built with base isolation technology is the first of its kind in India

and the biggest structure in Asia using this technology. The said project was completed in record time of 19 months covering a area of 34,000 sq.m best illustrating the project management capabilities of the firm.

Computer Aided Designs & Geographic Information System
EFNRA has a full-fledged CAD Division, equipped with state-of-the-art hardware, software and experienced professionals. The CAD Division of the office has work-stations running the latest generation operating systems supplemented with A0 size plotters, scanners, and Laser printers.
