METHODOLOGY
Today's successful design goes far beyond architecture to embrace the user’s experience. Staying competitive in the construction industry means more than providing a place or building. Instead it means surpassing expectations and producing environments that consider end users responses and predict their desires at every level of detail.
To reach these goals, EFNRA offers a complete package of expertise and creativity, from architecture, engineering, to environmental design and branding. We provide services as diverse as historic preservation, renovation and repositioning, and security evaluations. Energy management in buildings and building automation that are some of must haves for any future buildings.
Ultimately, our goals are your goals. We would like to create solutions that understand changing demographics, capture as much about the expectations on the outside as on the inside, reach and surpass your back-of-house goals, and deliver coordinated environments.
DESIGN AS DIFFERENTIATOR
Even as economies have floundered, the value of design has soared. High-end designers are popping up on the shelves of value-oriented retail stores targeted at the masses. A piece of architecture became the economic savior of a neglected city that long ago fell off the map.
Good Architectural Design in India has come to be recognized as a must-have by the masses as even the average apartment buyer today is looking at designer labels to Architecture in terms of both Indian and International brands.
For us however, good design never left the picture. And never does good design enliven and define us more than when we infuse it into places and projects that seem destined for the tasteless and the mundane.
We mourn the iconic buildings that fell victim to banal thinking, pseudo vernacular, pseudo colonialism and vanilla expression. And we operate under the steadfast belief that civic places should be designed with exuberance and imagination, solving complex challenges, but also elevating the soul and offering new ways of thinking about old things.
Fortunately, there are those who appreciate good design and technical excellence in this country. The Indian Buildings Congress has awarded this Firm with its Triennial Award for outstanding Institutional building to The District Hospital Bhuj Project. This award was conferred for Excellence in Built Environment and especially for Innovative design and use of new materials and technologies and was given away by the President of India Dr A P J Abdul Kalam.
